The last day for dispatch for Christmas delivery is 19th December, up to Christmas Eve we will continue to dispatch but this is not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.
Any orders placed after 1pm 23rd December will not be dispatched until 2nd January.
Delivery charges are shown at checkout dependant on the items you order and may be subject to change at times.

Our standard delivery is 3-5 working days & this date will be presented in the product page and at checkout.
The delivery service is UK mainland only. Certain postcodes are excluded and delivery to some Scottish postcode areas are at an extra cost and will be calculated at checkout. These Scotland deliveries are 3-10 working days from dispatch. We are unable to deliver to BFPO addresses or to Northern Ireland.
We aim to deliver orders within the delivery timescales specified but these are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period.
When purchasing, if you are arranging for a third-party contractor to fit your spare part, please ensure that your delivery date allows sufficient time to fully check your purchase and contact us should you find any discrepancies or damages within 48 hours of delivery. We do not offer compensation for late delivery of orders , damage or any subsequent costs incurred. We will however strive to rectify any issues in a timely manner.
We will deliver goods to your specified address where reasonably practicable. The delivery window is between 8am and 6pm. You can request that your order is left in a specified safe place, but we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your instructions.
When your order is dispatched you will receive an email/SMS to advise the expected delivery date. All couriers are instructed to not leave goods without permission. You can email us customerservice@tpspares.com with a safe place up to 9am on the day of your delivery.
Please note that in certain locations and for some Scotland deliveries, our large parcel and consignment courier may pass your delivery to a third party contractor to deliver. This may mean that your delivery may be marked as delivered by the original carrier but please do not worry it is still on the way to you.
When ordering on a standard service the delivery can be anytime up to the stated period and may be quicker under certain circumstances. Please bear this in mind when ordering as we cannot be held responsible for goods being delivered when you are not available to accept the delivery.
